A vivid robin sculpted from recycled metal sheet and painted by hand — the red breast and blue-black body captured with striking accuracy. Lightweight and weather-resistant, it sits beautifully in a garden or on a shelf. Each bird is shaped and painted individually, no two exactly alike.

A monumental hippo carved from a single block of serpentine stone — smooth, muscular, and unmistakably alive. Carved over weeks by a master sculptor, every fold and crease of skin is rendered in the stone's natural grey. An outdoor statement piece of rare scale and presence.

Cut and welded from raw steel sheet, each feather individually shaped and layered before the tail curves upward in a confident arc. The rooster is finished in a deep black patina that develops a warm sheen over time. A bold piece for a garden, courtyard, or entrance hall.

Petals of forged steel fanned out from a rounded base — part flower, part artichoke, entirely original. Each petal is cut, bent, and welded by hand, the natural rust patina deepening in character as it weathers outdoors. A striking garden or terrace sculpture that looks better with every season.

Woman of Stone

A serene feminine face carved from white serpentine, eyes closed, expression held in quiet dignity. The textured hair contrasts with the smooth polished face — showing the full range of the sculptor's hand. One of the finest examples of Zimbabwean figurative stone carving in the collection.

A full tea set — pot, sugar bowl, milk jug, and mugs — thrown on the wheel from terracotta clay and glazed in a rich dark brown. Each piece is hand-painted with slender human figures in white slip, a motif drawn from San rock art and ancient African storytelling. Functional and deeply beautiful.

A substantial black-burnished vase with incised botanical leaf motifs that catch the light as it shifts around the form. Wheel-thrown, then burnished to a deep gloss before firing — no glaze, the shine comes entirely from the clay and the maker's hand. A commanding presence in any interior.

A full-size storage kist (chest) with a family of elephants carved in deep relief across the lid — two adults, a calf between them, every wrinkle in the hide rendered with patience and skill. The sides carry more elephants in procession. A functional heirloom, as useful as it is extraordinary.

A herd of wire zebras in full motion — rearing, grazing, walking — each figure wrapped by hand in black and silver beaded wire to create the unmistakable stripe pattern. Intricate, tactile, and joyful. Available individually or as a full herd. One of the most popular pieces in the studio.
